Joined the traveling Motown band 'Groove Hunters'

ASPIRE is the Maitland/Newcastle Catholic Schools Office creative and performing arts program. This initiative creates annual performances of original plays/musicals featuring students from the diocese. In 2017 and 2018, I participated in the ASPIRE Song Writing Competition, where we composed an original song based off the theme of the production. Both years I became a shortlisted finalist, undertaking workshops with special guests such as Amy V and Bill Chambers to improve my compositions. In 2018 I was extremely fortunate to have my song professionally recorded at Tommirock Studios and be produced on a CD, played and sold at the 2018 Aspire production ‘Dark Matter’. As a finalist, I also received the opportunity to co-write two original songs which were then performed on stage in the Aspire production.
